3.0 Unlock Guidelines and Rules: Metro Rail, Cinema Hall, Swimming Pool, Amusement Park, Theater, Bar, Auditorium, Assembly Hall will be closed.
3.0 Unlock Guidelines: The Home Ministry, which announced the 'Unlock 3' guidelines on Wednesday, lifted the ban on the movement of people overnight, allowing yoga establishments and gyms to open from August 5. Extended until August 31st.
In addition, there is no limit to the inter-state and inter-state movement of persons and objects. Such movements do not require special permission, permit or e-permit.
Schools, College and Coaching institutions are set to close until August 31. Apart from these, the metro train, cinema hall, swimming pool, amusement park, theater, bar, auditorium and assembly hall will also be closed.
Social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural, religious activities and other large circles are still not allowed. However, the government recognizes that the dates of these services are "determined separately based on the assessment of the situation."

# Vulnerable persons, i.e. those above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women and children below 10 years of age are advised to stay at home except for essential needs and health purposes. .
Unlock 3.0 guidelines for containment zones
# Lockdown will continue in restricted areas until August 31.
The MHA states that within the perimeter of prevention areas, strict social distance and other regulations related to the spread of the virus will be maintained and only necessary activities will be allowed.
These control areas will be reported on the websites of the respective District Collectors of the States and Union Territories and the authorities will closely monitor the activities in these areas. States and Union Territories may set their own guidelines outside the zone as they deem necessary.
